Web Designer

Location: Vancouver

Laplink Software is looking to hire a talented and creative web designer on a full-time basis, who can deliver highly functional, usable and smart web solutions using HTML and CSS.
 
As web designer, you will work within Laplink’s marketing department and be responsible for the maintenance and development of Laplink’s corporate website, content management system and other web-related projects.

Customer Service/Inside Sales

Location: Bellevue

Laplink Software, an industry leading provider of PC connectivity solutions, is seeking an entry-level customer service / administrative focused individual with a passion for technology and customer satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for responding to incoming phone and email inquiries from consumers and businesses regarding Laplink products, resolving customer issues to insure a high level of customer satisfaction, converting customer inquiries to inside sales opportunities as appropriate, managing reception area activities, and assisting with other general office related administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications for this position include proven success in a customer service and/or receptionist role, as well as strong phone based and written communications skills. In addition, the successful candidate should have some PC software knowledge and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Successful track record in customer service and/or inside sales strongly preferred.
